Description of the shock and vibration test system:

The shock and vibration test system consists of the following components: the electrodynamic vibrator ET-10-240; extension surface (vertical) of test surface HE500; power amplifier; vibrator cooling fan; controller that includes the control accelerometer and programs for generating different test profiles: self / random / shock.

ET-10-240 electrodynamic vibrator, sine force (peak) 10 kN; random force (rms) 10 kN; shock force 20 kN; frequency range 5 - 3000 Hz; maximum displacement (p-p) 51 mm; maximum speed 1.8 m / s; maximum acceleration 1000 m / s2; armature resonance 2500 Hz; maximum test mass 300 kg; reinforcement diameter 240 mm.

SDA-10 power amplifier, rated output capacity 10 kVA; 90% amplifier efficiency.

B-1000 blower, max. 4 kW; air flow min. 0.33 m3 / s; air pressure 3.5 kpa.

Vibration controller, is designed to generate the main types of test profiles: self / random / shock. The software allows the visualization, monitoring, storage and analysis of vibrations and parameters. Main technical characteristics: frequency range: DC 0 ~ 5,000 Hz; resolution: max3200 lines; maximum input voltage: ± 10 V; inputs: 2, amplifier output: 1; test profiles: self / random / shock / RSTD.

For the mechanical stress test in accordance with the operating requirements, the following equipment shall be added:

  • LAN-XI 3160 A-042 data acquisition system, Bruel & Kjaer, 4 input channels, 56 kHz, 24bit, 2 analog output channels, 56 kHz, 24bit;

  • LV 103 power preamplifier, 100W power, 3Hz-10Hz frequency range;
